Lok's Hunting Something...Oh Boy

Blackstar looked to lok once more. 'I knew you were familiar!' she thought she closed her eyes and reopened them. "Where have you been? The pups-" She said sadly, and calmly. She shook her head. 'I promised I wouldn't think about them!' she thought as she sighed and sat down. She looked sadly at her paws.

Artemis flicked her ears as Joker answered for her. She felt a bit uncertain about the answer though, she wasn't big on things like that put wolves down that much. She glanced at Blackstar worriedly, but then she exclaimed that she knew the black wolf, apparently named Lok. She looked between the two. She wasn't very surprised by how they both knew each other. Instead she was just even more confused about the situation. It just made things more complicated. 'How much more is going to happen...?'

It was amusing. This whole situation was amusing. Joker couldn't help but let out a weak chuckle and exhale softly as she looked away. "You three feel free to carry on; I'll jut be going now," her Icelandic accent was carried heavier than normal as she turned away and began to walk off, in the opposite direction of the other wolves.

Artemis turned to Joker and blinked indigently. She then glanced at Lok and Blackstar. She was unsure whom to pursue. She felt that she shouldn't intrude not the two's reunion, but then again it would be rude to quickly dismiss herself to follow after Joker. She shook her head and back away slightly. She dipped her head. "Umm....Sorry, bye!" She also left in fear of another farmer coming back. She loped after Joker and crinkled her nose. Keeping silent, and waiting for Joker to initiate a conversation.

She continued on a ways before finalky speaking,"You needed something?" Joker was never one to fix her mistakes, or anything that could confuse another... and this was one of those times.

Artemis shook her head gently. The white fae hesitated to speak. Unsure of what she needed. She just came because it seemed that the others were busy. Her tail dragged lifelessly behind her. "I um..." Was all she could manage.

"That's fine," she replied. She continued to slowly walkw.

Joker abruptly finished the conversation. Artemis swallowed and looked down at her white paws. Her eyebrows creased as she thought to herself. Not uttering another word.

The female came to a brisk stop, turning towards the white wolf. "You know you followed me to get away from the two. Something else factors in but I don't feel the need to deduce that,' she spoke, her eyes cascading across Artemis's figure before reaching her face.

Artemis sighed with a tired look on her face. Her white face turned slowly to Joker as she stopped. She nodded slowly, as if accepting the idea right then. Yes, she did do it to get away from the others to leave them to their happy reunion, but the other factor would be the fear of meeting another hunter or human. Her ears twitched uncertainly. "Does that...bother you?" Artemis wasn't big on being a rouge. She certainly wasn't happy with how empty and lonely her life was now.
