Mont Blanc Manor~
A condo in the middle of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Description: You are a tenant of Mont Blanc Manor. Welcome to our halls! We have a wide array of guests here, and you're here to join them! Exciting isn't it? Now I know it might be hard to move in to another place, but I'm sure you'll fit right in. No one gets to come inside if the building doesn't invite them insi—
I mean, uh... I hope you'll enjoy your time here. Oh and we have some house rules.
1. Don't enter a room of the opposite gender unless invited. We don't want anything weird happening here.
2. Ignore your door if you hear faint scratching or creaks in the hall. It's nothing but it wouldn't hurt to be careful right?
3. Avoid the garden in back at night. Just go on the roof okay?
4. And last but not least, don't stare the statues straight in the eye. Got it?

We have a lot of other role-play threads, and that's all well and good. But in a way it's more for revival to spread through the site. Golden Ashes appeared like an angel, so I suppose I'm joining her ranks as well. If you have any questions PM me. Areas:

| Lobby |

It is a large area spanning the whole first floor except the pool, exercise room, and Chloe's room. It has a few vending machines if you'd like a cold coke and a water fountain. There is a female and male bathroom here, but is rarely used except for passing people needing a tinkle. The front desk is right next to the entrance doors, and Chloe is often there as it is also connected to her room. There are some benches and the elevators are here, as well as a large extravagant staircase that goes up to the second floor. But the fire escape is behind a door nearby the bathrooms. The twin lions (foo dogs) often seen guarding Chinese restaurants stand just before the doors. They will attack when stared in the eye, which is seen as a threat to them. They are made of rock, some tenant leave oranges for them and pat their heads before leaving.

| The Common Room |

Complete with a 15" flat screen TV, and a foos ball table, it is the perfect relaxation area. There is a bar on the far wall. It's self serve, but sometimes Bianchi will be around to shake you up a drink. He's often up at 3 p.m. To 11 pm. Depending on what season it is. There is a XBox, but is a bit funky from an alcohol spill years ago.

| Dorms |

The dorms are all the same, just mirrored on opposite sides of the hall. They are all different from the tenants own decor or belongings. Some are plain empty and just have a bed and a bedside table and lamp. But others have stacks of books or other assorted items but are covered in dust. They are about 350 square feet each with a window on the far wall with a small kitchen beside it. Utensils, pans, pots, and bed included. Tenants are expected to furnish their own rooms. Phantom hounds wander the halls when the lights are turned off, and will give you an eternal nightmare if you encounter them. They cannot enter without being summoned and can be manipulated by someone with spiritual powers.

| Showers |

It is a large room with five showers across the left or right wall depending on if your in the male or female's and the some sinks on the other. It is covered in grey tile and is a low lit area. Some people feel chills down their spine when they stare at their reflection in the mirror. Tenants are expected to bring their own towels, soap, and shampoo. All three are available for purchase at the front desk, as well as some food for late night snacking.

| Roof |

It is largely empty except for a fence that encompasses the entire thing. It is covered in blue paint, and bird poop. There is a pigeon nest on top of the roof entrance. It is used as a landing point for flying tenants. Sometimes Chloe holds full-moon parties inviting every tenant. Attendance is not mandatory. She does it to cleanse the building of bad mojo. (Her phrasing)

| Back Garden |

It is a very nice area to wander. It fills with fireflies at night and includes a koi pond of two surrounded by a small wall of rocks. It is more of a zen garden with a large ginkgo tree, some bushes, and gravel walkways. The naiads live in the pond, and often nap during the day. They become more sluggish during the winter, but the pond has never frozen over. You may find some birds here, and a occasional white snake.

| Exercise Room & Pool |

They are exactly what they are, and they are kept very well maintained. The pool overlooks the pond, but from far away that the naiads won't affect you.

NPCs

Chloe

The land owner. She is a springy and air headed little lady of 24. She has a boyfriend over seas that she will talk about for hours if you ask. She is an Empath, part pixie and part elf. She has short white hair and bright brown eyes. She often wears a white tank top with a pink shawl and some jeans.

Bianchi

The live in ghost from 1930 who died from alcohol poisoning. He appears to be 32, and is very handsome from what the female tenants have said. He has piercing blue eyes and a black dress shirt and slacks. He appears human, but can walk through things. He sleeps in during the winter and autumn. He used to be a hell hound in the courts of Hades but was given a mission in the mortal world which he did not complete which is why he remains. He seems to be dating one of the naiads, Kanaloa.

Phantom Dogs

There are 3, and are called Boo, Party Hound, and Scooby by the tenants. They are Chloe's pets, and their names are actually Umber, Sable, and Midnight. They will give someone terrible nightmares if seen or encountered, can make your temperature drop if running through you.

Naiads

The trio is named Aquarius, Nephthys, and Kanaloa (call her Kana) after many water related spiritual beings around the world. Aquarius is a very intellect and independent naiad and is seen as the most sympathetic of her sisters. She often takes the personification of the western zodiac sign of Aquarius. Nephthys is very pretentious and a perfectionist. Often getting angry if you pronounce her name incorrectly. Kana, is a very carefree and flirty naiad. She once fell in love with one of the tenants, but that was many years ago. The said tenant is Bianchi. They still have midnight outings. She still however enchants people at the pool.

The Foo Dogs

Known as Hù and Yoon, they are very playful creatures. Hú acts like a dog, and Yoon acts not unlike a cats. They become much more friendly if you leave oranges for them, and greet them each time you pass by. They were left as a gift from Chloe's boyfriend. They guard the building from malicious spirits.

Name: Erin Smith

Age: 29

Gender: Female

Appearance: Erin has a very diverse appearance. She has feathery light blonde hair, which is usually braided. She has bright blue eyes. And some people actually see the ocean instead of their reflection when they look at her. She has an almond shaped face, high cheekbones, olive tone skin, and an hour glass figure. Men always are falling in love with her but she hardly notices, or cares. She comes from England, but lived near the ocean most of her life with her family.

Clothes: She usually wears a cream colored wrap, and a white blouse. She also wears skin tight jeans, and high heeled grey leather boots.Also she wraps her wings around her as if they were part of her fashion.

Species\power: Erin is a Siren, and if you don't know what that is, they are half women half bird and sing sailors to their death. Erin is a very good singer as she was raised to be.

Personality: Erin keeps to herself most of the time, but when people begin to get on her nerves she uses her power to drive them insane. She is very mysterious and hateful. She keeps her wings hidden in her silky wraps and hardly goes out, mostly keeping herself locked in her room. No one in Mont Blanc Manor talks to her, and she likes that. Although harsh, she is very loyal to her family and the little friends she has. She has a soft spot for children though.

History: Erin was raised by her sisters, and is the youngest siren in England, but also the most enchanting which made her sisters jeolous and driving her out from their home. She came to Mont Blanc because it was rumored to be a keeper of magic and ghosts.

Dew collected on the window as the sun rose over the horizon. The dragon leaned against his window, a steaming mug of coffee in hand. He rubbed his eyes with a small yawn and slipped out of his room as a trio of shadows disappeared into the corner of the hallway. "Good morning." He said, his eyes glittering in mischief. The sound of another door opening caught his attention. "Ah, good morning Ms. Erin." He said with another casual dip of his head. His black mug exclaiming the quote, "Best Programmer in the Universe."

"Wonderful morning, don't you think?" A rather bright smile shone on his face as he greeted the other tenant.

Erin nodded in greeting, not to be rude. The Korean's appearance seemed to demand respect even from a powerful monster like her, and she was happy to at least respect him, unlike all the other men who were staying here, which she didn't like at all. Erin waited till he had left, and walked out. She was covered as always and went down to the lobby to get some breakfast. A few people were there, and glanced at her, some skeptically and some fearful, but she didn't care. She quickly got a donut and some coffee and quickly went back to her room.
Erin, unlike her sisters, had always liked remaining under the radar, and didn't like to be noticed. She only sang to over power someone and she didn't dress extravagantly. When she got to her room she began to braid he hair as always, not that it mattered. She looked over at her conch and sighed.

He had laughed, happy with the young woman's response. "It's not a terrible day to go outside." He said with a smile, casually poking at her shut-in personality. He turned away to make his way down stairs and extravagantly arrived in the lobby to greet Chloe. "Good morning, my mistress!" He called out excitedly to the bleach blonde, blowing a dramatic kiss her way. "Enough of these shenanigans, Jim." He strode over her, grasping her hand. "Why would I, my honey?" She shook him off and proceeded to smack him in the face with a bundled up newspaper. "That's not fair, my fairy!!" He called out as he recoiled clutching his cheek with little tears in his ochre eyes. "Come on! What do you mean it's not fair? You're like a grandpa compared to me, anyway." She said as she whisked around to disappear into her room.

Erin had already gathered her goods and began to make her ways up the stairs. The dragon watched her for a while and sighed once out of ear shot. "This is boring now..." He hummed in consideration as he dusted off his trench coat. A few moments later he was pushing a few coins into a vending machine to extract a Dr. Pepper. The can clattered as it landed in the bin, and fizzed as he popped open the lid. He slurped up the dark brown beverage before scanning the lobby and whistling his way through the building.

She had decided to go to the market, and get some fruit. She left the hotel quickly, passing by Chloe without noticing. As she opened the door and walked out, the siren patted the Gargoyles and speed walked through the busy streets, making her way to the market place.
