he get lost the battle he walks back to his moms and dads limp body he claws the ground and a cries running away

Blair was walking through the woods, gracefully swerving around trees. Her eyes were on the ground as she sighed heavily. Just as she did so, something rammed into her. She fell back, her breath leaving her.

"Watch it!" she snaps at whoever ran into her.

*tucks tail between legs* "I'm so sorry i didn't mean to run into you"

"Im new my name is Silvermist nice to meet you"

She tilts her head, scanning him over.

"Whatever. The name's Blair." she says in a clipped tone. Her body was tensed, ready for anything, and she let out a low growl as a warning.

*Silvermist lowers to her stomach, roles back her eyes, and folds back her ears* "no worries im lonley :( i just want a friend... im not here to fight *looks away* "i would lose anyway i really am sorry"

Blair rolls her eyes. "Good, and you would lose. But why aren't you out meeting wolves?" she asks curiously. Silvermist seemed nice enough that she could easily make friends, so why didn't she?

Blair snapped out of her reverie and focused on Silvermist again, waiting for an answer.

*Rises to her feet* Well is this not a good place to make new friends?

Blair shrugs her shoulders. "I'm not the right person to be asking that Silvermist. I'm not one to make friends so why would i know where you can find some?" she responds.

*Silvermist tilts her head in wonder* Why is that so?

Blair looks down at her paws. "Let's just say my past wasn't a pretty picture."

*Silvermist looks at Blair w/ sympathy* "Niether was mine but... WE could be friends

Blair's gaze cuts into Silvermist's, then she shakes her head. "I can't trust anymore Silvermist, I've lost that privilege." She ducks her head, turning around.

*Silvermist turns sharply towards Blair "WAIT me and you have so much in common why are you leaving me just like my mother and everyone else!!! you said you didnt have an easy childhood so you should know how it feels to be left behind why would you do that to me?"

Blair looks back at Silvermist over her shoulder. "I don't know what it's like to be left behind, i know what it's like to be left ALONE. There is a difference Silver, and if you can't figure that difference out, don't come after me."

She bolts away in a graceful gallop, dodging trees with ease.

*Silvermist pounces after Blair until she fell into gait wit her* "Blair wait *she says in a soft voice* "tell me tell me about your childhood...please"

Blair stop in her tracks so suddenly, she skids slightly. "Why would i tell you Silver?" she asks

"Because Blair you were the first wolf that would actually talk to me here an i feel like like we have a conection somehow and all i want now is to be friends w/ you".

"I-I can't. Not yet at least. Can you tell me about yours?" she stutters slightly, bad memories trying to take over her mind. She shakes her head to clear it.

*Silvermist looks down at her paws and then back up at blair* My life wasnt all that bad but it definitally wasnt good I was born in a VERY small den my mother left me right away to die a few days later a Grizzly bear walked by my den sobing...her cub had just drowned thats why she still had milk she heard me cry and instead of reaching her HUGE paw inside of the den scooping me out and killing w/ one bite to my fragile little skull me she stuck her head in and grabed me by my scruff she gave me milk she cared for me for 3 weeks until i watched her be killed by what she called a hunter who draged her off and threw her onto the back of a big scary montster i heard the hunter call a truck i was left all alone i lived off of very few berries i could find and finnaly i tought myself to hunt a few mice here and there after that i tought myself to hunt bigger things like rabbits and i worked my way up to caribou now im finnaly ready to rely on someoone and trust them not to leave me like everyone else in my life"

Blair nodded her head. "I'm glad you are ready to trust Silver, and i know what it's like to lose family. You can trust me on that. But my life story is quite different from yours. Let's just say there was no bear to take me in. It was just me on the run."

She shrugged her shoulders as if she was nonchalant about the whole thing, but she was truly the opposite.

"Well im sorry for you about that and now you know my life story and im not going to ask you for yours you can tell me when you are ready...so we friends?"

Blair stares hard at the ground, thinking it over. Then her gaze meets Silver's. "Yeah. I guess we are."

*Silvermist wags her tail in joy* "Yay!!!!!" *Silvermist hears something and turns quickly towards the lagoon* "Blair look a deer you hungry?"

She shakes her head. "I'm not hungry at all thanks," she tells Silver. "But i do want to hunt."

She crouches down, takes a breath, and bolts. With ease the deer's neck is in her jaws and she bites deeply. The deer dies quickly.
