"F-fine, do not worry," she said as she carefully dragged herself up. She shakily stood on her four legs, limbs trembling.

Blair collapsed again, letting out a pained howl. Her whole body felt like it was being set on fire and torn to pieces at the same time.

Blair whimpered softly, her vision graying. Soon enough, she passed out.

Blair's tail twitched, Cop's words waking her. "Why would he think that? I love him, he should know that," she said quietly, trying to fight the darkness taking over her vision.

"H-he can't be d-d-not living," she stuttered. "He told me he'd live." She stood up, stumbling into Cop as she tried to catch herself. "I'm sorry," she whispered.
