Kupas eyes broke, surprise and pride clouding them as his tail wagged furiously fast, his ears perked as he ached to nuzzle Rue and go to the pups "m-mine? c-can I?" He looked at her with pleading eyes.

Rue give a faint smile. "Alright..." She was surprised to see him so happy,but she went along with it.

Kupa gave it, going to Rue and licking her ear before turning and crawling closer to the pups on his paws, he breathed in their scent with a sigh as his tongue lolled from his mouth, close to one of the males as his eyes filled with wonder, lifting his sky Blue flecked Hazel eyes to Rue, he could not help bt give one of his puppish lop sided grins and wag his tail.

Rue

Rue sighed as he dashed towards them,but he made a quick turn to lick her on her eat. Her fae went red and she staggered back. Then looked at the ground and sat. She noticed his pleading eyes.and felt her heart race on her chest. ...Gosh...what is wrong with me?

Kupa wagged his tail and gazed up at her, flashes of emotion glimpsed but never there long enough to read, Kupa sat up and smiled such a genuine smile it reached the corners of his eyes, crinkling upwards as he gazed at her.

Rue sighed. She watched Kupa snuggle up with the pups. Her stomach felt hollow,so she decided to eat the elk from earlier. She padded closer to it and stared eating.

Kupa got up and stuck his chest out in more of an alpha like posture as his tail curled beautifully over her back, he walked over to Rue with a light smile, but as he grew near her, he stance and posture slowly seemed to decompose with her air, soon he sat by her side with his tail curled around his paws once more as well as his ears tight back against his head, finally mustering enough courage, he spoke softly "Rue, I...I know you hate me but...let me stay with you...I will help with the pups and hunt, the pups deserve a father, and that is me, I can not just...let them grow up without a father.." his sky blue flecked hazel eyes looked up to her pleadingly.

Rue

Rue ate in silence. She didn't really feel like responding to Kupa. With all that happened,she wasn't sure if she wouldn't feel odd or awkward around the male. So,she decided to think about it. Once the decision was made in her mind,she stopped eating. She sat down and licked her bloodied dark gray muzzle. "I'll have to think about it Kupa..." She cast her eyes downward,still lot looking Lupa in the face.

Seeing her look away, his ears flattening at her answer, Kupa turned and slunk away silently before talking softly "let me know when you do know Rue" with a silent swish of his tail, Kupa disappeared in the bushes, soon after walking for a while he lifted his head to the sky and sat down, the sun reflecting off his eyes as he whined softly to himself.

Rue watched in the corner of her eye,as Kupa walked away. Back then,his back seemed so gentle. Now,it seemed filled with sadness. Rue sighed and turned back to the pups. They'll probably wake up soon and question who Kupa is... She frowned at herself. Do I want them to know?

Kupa sighed finally and stretched, He could not force Rue to take him with her, he would have to wait, no matter what the pain or sorrow put into his actions, Kupa came crashing threw the forest, suddenly stumbling on his big paws, he tripped and landed on his back with a dazed expression before giggling then rolling over to his stomach and beaming up at the sky. Kupa had relies-ed that he only got clumsy around Rue, how when he saw her he could think straight and knew what he wanted, Rue cleared the confusion from his head, but he would take what he could get from life and live on as he felt, so with a huff and a wag of his tail, Kupa turned and howled.

Coal

Coal yawned. The sun streaked across the black pelt when he rolled over. The howl in the sky roused him,but it didn't sound like his mother. He blearily opened his eyes,but no one was there,just a big dead elk. He perked his ears up and smiled. All signs of sleep disappeared from his face. "Guys,guys." He poked his brother and sister. "There's food!" Just a hop,skip,and a jump away. He leapt from the pup pile and sniffed the red meat. He blinked and took a small bite. The taste of blood and meat flooded his mouth. He chewed carefully,but it just made his mouth water more. Then he grinned happily and ate quickly.

Rue

A howl pierced the sky. "Huh?" Rue perked up her ears and glanced around. Kupa was no where to be seen. She sighed and heard small high pitched voice behind her. She turned with her legs still in front. "Coal,Kilo,and Star." She easily named off the 3 siblings and watched as Coal devoured the elk. She giggled a bit at the sight.

Star got up and yawned, soon seeing her brother coal eating some thing big with a smell that made her mouth water up, she bounced over to him with a flick of her tail and took a bite of the fresh meat, her taste buds tingled and thrived, she exclaimed enthusiastically before eating more.

Kilo got up and fallowed Star slowly, his ears perked forward as he waited for her reaction with the food, when she dug in more, he grinned and wagged his tail furiously while taking a large bite that filled his cheeks, he smiled with bulging cheeks as he chewed happily.

Kupa stretched, after yawning he got up and slowly made his way back towards Rue and the pups, he moved silently, his big paws avoiding twigs and rocks that would tumble across the ground. His sky blue flecked hazel eyes brightened when he saw the pups eating, sitting down and tilting his head, Kupa watched his pups with fascination clear on his face.

Coal smiled and laid down once he was full. His back lay on the grass as he stared up into the blue sky. He grinned widely,not noticing the eyes on his pelt.

Star flicked her ears nervously as the feeling of being watched fell on her shoulders, she looked about but did not see anything, making her fee antsy and scared as she slunk into a bush and continued to cast her eyes about.

Kilo, feeling content and happy, rolled onto his back as he patted his round stomach with a paw and giggled before giving a hiccup then burst into a series of hiccup giggles as his eyes water happily.

Kupa grinned and chuckled a deep throat-ed chuckle as he walked from his hiding place, seeing the small fae had already become aware of his presence and so he sat up as the wind ruffled his dark fur while his eyes gazed fondly at each pup in turn.

Coal

Coal giggled along with his brother. He started hiccuping too,which started an even louder burst of laughter. Coal rolled around on his stomach and smiled widely. Then Star crawled into a bush. He blinked and sat up. He glanced around and heard a deep chuckle. His ears perked up as he glanced around wildly. "W-Who's there?" He then noticed the wolf that looked like a mega-sized Kilo. With a white under belly,and blue flecked eyes. He tilted his head in a question. "Kilo...why do you look like him?" He turned to glance at his brother,but he seemed to still be giggling. Coal sighed.

Kilo perked his ears, soon seeing himself as a giant wolf, he narrowed his eyes and growled, soon running at the strangers paws with a flashing fury "Who are you!?!?" he sunk his teeth into the strangers paw.

Star ran and hid behind Coal as her ears went flat, staring at the big version of Kilo while tucking her tail between her legs and against her stomach.

Kupa picked up his large paw just out of reach from his little look alike, he smiled but did not say about who he was, he did not know Rue's answer to letting him stay and so did not want to pups to know he was their father unless Rue wanted them to know, or he was to tag along with them. So instead he smiled and poked the young pup with his nose and looked at all three in admiration.

Rue watched as Kupa finally approached the pups. Her neck felt a bit sore from just sitting there and watching with her head tilted downwards. She rolled her shoulders,and turned to Kupa again. She sighed. Then gave a slight nod. Confirming that he could approach the pups as he really was.

Coal watched as Kilo went and attacked the wolf. He lifted his head to stare at the wolf again. He blinked in surprise at himself. He wasn't an exact look-a-like he had a black back instead of a gray one. He blinked again and glanced at his brother try and take on the bigger wolf. He frowned and turned to his sister. He gave her a assuring smile. Then he turned back. "Hey mister! Can you understand the words that are coming out of my mouth?" He tilted his head in a question. Seeing as he didn't reply. "Or are you deaf or something?"

Kilo laughed and nodded his head "yea! are you deaf?" he swung another paw at the big wolf and growled again.

Star snorted softly but stayed still, soon turning back to her mother and running towards her.

Kupa tilted his head silently then lay down on his stomach while watching the one who had spoken, finally he got up and walked to Rue, speaking under his breath silently "Can I tell them?" his eyes watched her's pleadingly as his tail swished silently.

Rue stared at Kupa. Her violet tinged silver eyes stared back into his blue flecked ones. Rue blinked slowly and took a deep breath. She sighed and glanced at the pups,then at Kupa. "...A-Alright then..." She squeezed her eyes shut. Knowing she would regret it,but she just couldn't refuse him. She felt something warm beside her. She glanced back and Star was there. She sighed and nuzzled her only daughter. [b]"Its ok. He's only really big,but if anything else,he's harmless. She chuckled light-heartily.

Coal

Coal chuckled at his brother's comeback. Then the wolf walked away from them and towards their mom. Coal blinked then yelped. [b]"Mom!"[b] He ran over and jumped onto the wolf's back. He crawled towards his head and tried to bite don on his ear.

Kupa grinned then grunted when the more talkative of the two male pups jumped onto his back, Kupa lowered his rear end effectively making the pup slide to the ground, Kupa turned with a sigh and took in all three pups with one sweep of his sky blue flecked hazel eyes. Finally he spoke softly "I am your father, My name is Kupa" he knew the pups would probably hate him, but he sat and waited silently for their response.

Star's eyes went wide before she looked up at her mom then at the other wolf that claimed to be her father, she wanted to believe it, she was not sure she could, so she stayed silent and huddled by her mothers paws.

Kilo stopped, his eyes going wide as some how it made sense that his large look-a-like was his father, why else would they look so....alike? he grinned and pounced around his fathers paws with glee, yipping happily as a new found happiness spurred life into his paws "We have a dad!!" he laughed and ran around his mom before returning to his father, who was named Kupa, and ran about his paws while wagging his tail with a furious wag.

Coal
Coal slipped down his back. Trying to gain a hold,but fell down on his stomach. Coal coughed and glanced up at the wolf. "Hey!" Then the big wolf announced his name was Kupa. Then,he was heir father. Coal's eyes went wide. He lay there splayed out on the ground,staring up at the big wolf. Coal's mouth hung open in surprise.

Rue stared at her pup's reactions. Star still huddled behind her,and Coal just stared up in disbelief. Kilo,the most actively one,was apparently bouncing around in joy. Rue frowned. Her ears flopped down other head. That didn't go so well...

Kupa watched each pups reaction, he was surprised at the positive reaction from his miniature twin, but the shot registered on the one that had pounced on him had him smile slightly while the fae huddled behind her mother.

Kilo soon saw his brother and sister's reactions, he downplayed his happiness by sitting beside his sister and looking up at his mother with a blank face.

Star sat silently and observed her brothers reactions, a small smile hitting her when Kilo tried unsuccessfully to hide his excitement.

Rue sighed and glanced at the two behind her. "Yeah,I guess it is kinda hard to accept." She muttered low enough so only Kupa could hear. She turned around to stare at Coal who had stayed in his spot the whole time. His big violet tinged eyes stared up at Kupa. In shock,and disbelief.

Coal felt shivers down his spine. Why? He had no idea. His chest felt something warm it to its core. Coal felt like he was going to cry. E crawled over to the wolf and curled around one of his feet. Unsure what he really was doing.

Kupa felt the pup on his paw, tears pricked at his eyes as he lowered his head and licked the small pups head, Kupas ears flattening to his head as a whirl of emotion erupted inside him and had him blinking back tears.

Kilo saw his brother move to curl on Kupas paw, so without hesitation, Kilo walked over to the big wold and looked up at him as he sat down "my name is Kilo, that is Coal" he motioned to his brother with his head then looked back at his sister "that is star" he flicked his ears and looked up at Kupa "why are you crying?"

Star watched her brothers, soon seeing the big wolf crying slightly, she itched to comfort him but was still unsure of weather to approach him or to stay beside her mother and be quiet.
