Riley stoped howling and asked doll for some fish.

Ahlah finally was able to get herself comfortable enough to fall asleep again. Her breathing was slow and deep as she rested, no dreams this time other then a nice restful slumber. So deeply asleep she could possibly pass for dead if it weren't for the steady rise and fall of her chest.

As soon as he curled up, Brisk passed out. He was tired from the journey, and this new wolf was rather annoying, outside riding on some fish. As he slept, he felt a stir and some hollering, but he didn't awake. After his slumbering was finished, he awoke quickly. Ahlah had her head buried under his flank, probably to drown out the racket that Riley had been making. He nuzzled her gently and pulled himself to his feet. He stretched and trotted out of the den and towards the forest, he needed breakfast but didn't know how to fish.

Ahlah smiled in her sleep when Brisk had nuzzled her, she then rolled to her other side and let out a little yawn. Half asleep she heard him exit the cave but didn't really pull herself up to look as she figured he was probably headed out for a drink or food so she simply let out a soft sigh before letting herself fall back into her restful slumber not interested in waking up quite yet.

As his hunting expedition was finished, Brisk dragged back a rather large whitetail buck. He completely ignored Riley, whom he didn't yet trust, and dragged the deer up the cliff slope to the mouth of the cave that had been dug into a den. Ahlah, who was still asleep, had moved over on the cold, hard, rock floor. That thought reminded brisk to make a bed. He dropped the buck at the entrance to the cave and made several journeys from the forest to where Ahlah slept, each time carrying more grass, hay, leaves, et cetera, until he had enough to create a makeshift nest for Ahlah.

Ahlah slowly woke to the smell of a freshly killed deer, her stomach grumbling to wake her she blinked back the fog from her eyes to see Brisk finishing up what looked like the makings of nice bedding to sleep on. She rose slowly as her muscles were a bit stiff, only to lean down as she stretched forward all while letting out a deep yawn. She then shook out her fur before smiling towards Brisk, " Morning." she remarks to him as she watched him. Waiting for his cue on whether she could eat or not as it seemed he hadn't yet indulged himself, it was habit to wait for the one who had brought down the kill to get their fill before she too would feast upon the flesh. Just thinking about it made her lick her chops heavily as her mouth began to salivate and her tail began to wag in anticipation.

Riley woke up and jumped into the water and swam to the botom ober and over again.

As he finished packing the bedding into shape, Brisk noticed Ahlah standing by the kill, staring at him. He was confused for a moment, but he realized almost instantly what she wanted. He nodded once towards her to allow her to eat, then stuck his head out of the entrance for the cave. Riley was bobbing in the water, swimming downward then back up every short while. No matter how much of a brute he was, he was still a child at heart. Brisk wasn't convinced. "You know... That new wolf is strange. He asked to join us, but now that he's here, he just kind of... On his own, you know? Why is he here if he's not anywhere near us?" Brisk was doubtful that Riley would cause any harm, but he just couldn't be sure.

Riley could barely hear what they were saying but he knew what they were talking about:him,riley could tell the male wolf disliked him so he tried not to bother him so much.

Ahlah sunk her teeth into the deers flesh and ripped off a slice as soon as Brisk had given her the go ahead, she loved venison it really was one of her top three favorite things to eat. She gnawed on it vigorously as she watched both Brisk and Riley, Riley she was puzzled at as he didn't really act like normal wolves but she would never boldly confront the wolf about it seeing as she didn't know his upbringing. Then Brisk began to talk to her, almost as if having read her mind and she nods about how strange the brute was, finishing swallowing down the strip of flesh she answered his questions the best she could. " Honestly? I have no idea.. my guess is that he's been a loner for such a long time that he doesn't know how to socialize with other wolves, if at all but that's just a guess. Of course you didn't exactly give him the friendliest welcome either so perhaps he's scared of you..I really just don't know..why don't you go ask him?" she said with a smile knowing that was probably the last thing Brisk wanted to do and she returned to digging into the deer for more meat.

Rily swam in circles toward the beach,he does that ro hone his skills.

When riley got on shore,he found a sunny spot and curled up in it to dry off.

When riley was dry he walked away, of to an adventure.
