Leto whimpered happily as her mate dropped the rabbit infront of her, kissing happily up the bridge of his nose when he nosed the carcass towards her. Her tassel still whipped her hinds as she scented the carcass, nosing it a few times to turn it before she pulled a fore out from under her chest to place on the rabbit. Ripping the things abdomen open she murred as her stomach finally realized it was hungry, flipping gently as she wrapped her canines around a large piece of flesh. She chewed at the meat for a moment before swallowing, her stomach calming down as she murred still. Glancing up and realizing her Titus wasn't eating she tilted her crown to him, licking her bloody nose gently.

Titus moved his head to indicate the rabbit was all hers when she looked up at him to give him those questioning eyes. Besides he was far too excited and giddy at bringing her the rabbit to eat yet so he waited knowing he could eat at any time with her as she had already cleared that up for him but he was used to waiting so it really didn't bug him or his stomach any that she was eating before him. He slips down to lay beside her to keep an eye out for predators and scavengers which could be just as deadly as the first thing he was worried about. He gave her ear a few licks just mindlessly because he loved her and was too distracted by guarding her now to kiss over her fur more then that.

Leto smiled softly as her brute motioned that the meal was all hers and she quickly went back to eating as her stomach grumbled angrily at her. Her canines picked around the creatures fragile ribs tenderly, not wanting to break them as it was almost entertaining picking around the tiny thing. It didn't take her long as she cleaned out its chest cavity, cleaning the bones until they were a gentle pink. She felt her mate's kisses along her aud then and she sighed contently, bringing her crown up and licking her nose. She glanced around for a moment, knowing he was protecting her but it was just habit. The little fae went to cleaning her face then, licking her fore then rubbing it into her bloodied muzzle to clean herself.

Titus turns seeing her looking around and half grins before she started to groom herself, he leaned forward and licked out towards her muzzle wanting to help her knowing personally that it was rather difficult to get that area spotless. But it wasn't long before his ear twitched and he went back to watching over the kill as he takes in a deep breath through his nose to take in all the scents around them. The sound of gator jaws snapping up in the water a distance away what had really drawn his attention back to his task.

Receiving her brutes tender grooming the fae leaned into his licks, sighing contently as he cleaned the sticky blood off her snout. Leto's auds perked then too then as her mates attention was pulled away from her. Not hearing much of anything though the femme finished up cleaning her bloodied pelt. Once finshed she licked her chops one last time before stretching back out beside Titus in the sun again, her while thin frame spanning out in a long stretch with a soft sore whine. The faes body relaxed then, still all stretched out and her orbs closed to shield themselves from the suns bright rays. Her dark fur warmed quickly along her face and peds, even the few spots over her hip and spine.

Once she spanned out beside him he stretched to rise to his feet then, grabbing up the dead carcass to take it else where he gave her a little wink to say he'd return soon before he trotted off to dispose of the bones. He wound up in the marsh and threw it into the water, he then took a little trip further in as his nose pulled him to go hunting for himself now as he smelled one of those most delicious cranes he had caught the other day for them. It was only a few yards off and he crept slowly towards it, it hadn't noticed him because it was catching its own breakfast at the time so it was easy for him to leap onto the birds back and grab its neck to snap it in two quickly. He then races out of there, still not comfortable being in the marsh with the gators even though they were more active during the evening and night hours. Seeing her laying out in the sun again made his tail wag as he approached with the fresh kill, it would be easy enough to save what was left for her to at least have lunch later while he went hunting.

Leto whimpered softly feeling her brute leave her side, her orbs opening to look up at him with questioning eyes. The little fae got his wink then and a smile grew across her maw, her tassel swaying for a few minutes as she watched him trot off. She sighed softly though once he disappeared, squirming slightly in her spot before she tried to relax and closed her orbs. The femme was soon succumbing to the suns warmth, sighing contently and when her brute didn't return right away she gradually fell into a very light sleep, her auds perked and still on edge as always even in her sleep. Soon somethings approach woke her, waking and her crown turning to find her brute prancing back over to her, a Crane draped between his jaws. Her tassel swayed gently, drowsy from her full belly and the suns warmth as a long yawn parted her maw.

He took up residence beside her, laying down only to drop the bird and rub himself into her affectionately as he had missed her even in that short period of time. He gives her a few kisses before his stomach grumbled angrily at him and pulled him back to his own breakfast. He started at the belly of the bird, plucking out feathers only to spit them out to the side and watches out the corner of his eye while still pulling feathers the ones he had already set free were being picked up in the light breeze that was gently blowing from time to time. It made him laugh lightly when a few got stuck in her fur and she looked rather adorable all feathered up like she was molting for the spring time like the birds did.

Leto murred gently as her mate came and laid back beside her, rubbing her nape and crown into him as he rubbed into her. He kissed her and a content sigh escaped through her nares before he went to eat and she stretched out slowly, closing her orbs to relax back into the warm grass. She listened to him pluck feathers until something tickled her nose and she shook her crown out, sitting up slightly and rubbing a paw into her snout as she looked down. Seeing all the down feathers over her fore she flicked an aud, a feather falling from there too and she lifted her crown to blow it away into the wind gently. Ruffling her pelt the fae shook out her nape lightly trying to get the feathers that were still clinging to her pelt to float off. Once finished she stretched back out across the terra, yawning heavily.

The brute watched as she shook out her nape and crown to rid herself of the feathers, she laid back down obviously unaware of the one stuck a little behind her ear. He reaches out and nabs it with his teeth to blow it out before he returned to his kill, now just about bare he tore into it. When he fed it never took him long at all to finish, he was a rather fast eater but he didn't finish it all like he thought he might. So he picked it up to drag it only about ten feet away so he could still keep an eye on it but so that it wouldn't draw predators to them directly. He then took up lounging out beside Leto, licking his chops and cleaning himself of any remnants of the meal he had just downed. " So...thinking about anything in particular?" he asks curiously as she had been silent that whole time and he was someone who rather liked talking.

Leto's aud twitched softly as her brute removed a feather she had missed from behind her ear and it had tickled slightly. She shifted to kiss his shoulder and jaw a few times while he ate, just wanting to show him some affection before she relaxed back into the grass again. The little femme listened quietly to him eat, almost able to tell what he was eating just by the sound certain pieces of flesh made. She had learned to listen for these sounds being a scavenger, if she could steal a fresh kill away from a distracted gator then she could survive. A content sigh escaped the fae then, she wouldn't have to fight as hard for her food anymore. Soon feeling her brute move from beside her her orbs opened, watching his walk off a ways but she watched him closer than she had before this time. She watched as his toned muscles shifted and tensed beneath his pelt as he walked, it made her heart flutter lightly. He soon turned back to come back and lounge beside her and the fae laid her crown against his large fore gently. He spoke to her then and she glanced up as she listened, smiling softly to herself before breathing back to him. "..That you're handsome.. and I wish I didn't have these gashes in my hip."

He gulps trying to rid his throat of the lump that had formed there before he squeaked out, " Oh." then he clears his throat and says it a little deeper, " I mean Oh..." smooth real smooth Titus. He didn't know why she turned him into such a ridiculous mess when she said things like that, no female had ever made him feel quite the way she did but he did like every strange minute of it. Of course no female had ever really found him handsome, they usually started with scraggly nasty mutt or something to that effect...of course in his old pack he wasn't even considered mating material which was another reason his standing there had been more of an omega because they never considered any life long partnership with him but he hadn't bred with any of them and not from lack of trying either because for the longest time he had tried his moves on many of the free females but they were just not having it. He smiles and licks Letos cheek, she wasn't like any of them and he was now glad they had rejected him otherwise he would never have met such a wonderful and sweet fem that seemed to love him just as much as he loved her. A murr rises in his chest then and he speaks softly to her, " I love you Leto....cause you're you." he says with a nuzzle into her neck by his wet cold nose then he rubs his face and cheek there as he closes his eyes while he murr grows louder.

Leto giggled softly as he spoke and his voice came out in a squeek before he cleared his throat and said it deeper. She smiled and gave out a content sigh, just happy to have him laying against her at the moment. Her brute kissed her cheek then and she gave out a soft Mm, closing her eyes and just enjoying his closeness. The fae kissed her brutes fore a few times as he started to murr, soon hearing his words and her heart fluttered, her own gentle murrs bubbling up through her throat as she breathed back to her Titus. "Mm, I love you too Titus.." He nosed into her nape and rubbed his cheek and crown into her and gentle happy whines escaped her. Fores wrapping around her brutes nape she kissed up his jaw and aud, keeping him close as she had practically pulled him ontop of her having rolled slightly onto her back but her hips stayed where they were. Her tassel swayed quickly, warmth rippling up her spine and it forced a loving whimper out of her as she was nibbling at her brutes throat now.

Now almost half on top of Leto he smiles and starts to lick over her face, everything so perfect he almost missed the scent his nose faintly picked up on but he did and instead of feeling all dazed and wonderful he was on full alert. Rising slowly to his feet as his nostrils flared to draw in more of the surrounding scents and there it was again much stronger, he turns as his head lowers just a little and his ears press back against his head. The hair on his back began to rise as he waited for the intruder to break the line of trees and almost as soon as he thought it there it was. A male coyote and he was marking the area obviously thinking he could steal Leto away as his own mate. Titus maybe no fighter but he was not going to back down as a growl rose in his throat, he was shaking inside like a little pup up against a large bear but somehow he was fixed to the spot and barked at the intruder to leave or else...OR ELSE? he thought, what are you doing Titus? Okay breathe he'll probably just go away. However the male was only spreading his scent more as if to mock Titus' claim on Letos heart, however he didn't try to get closer...yet.

Leto murred heavily to her mate as he kissed over her face, holding onto him with her fores around him loosely as he lied ontop of her partially. Her brute started to stand up and a pathetic whimper escaped his fae, orbs opening and looking up as Titus stood over her. "What's wrong babe.." The femme whined quietly but she didn't get an answer as he turned and she watched as his crown lowered, auds pinning back and his pelt ruffling threatening towards something she couldn't even see yet. Rolling onto her stomach her fore frame was still beneath her brute and the faes auds perked, nares flaring as she tried to figure out what had him all worked up. She smelled and saw him at the same time, a male coyote and her auds laid flat against her skullcap as he went about marking heavily on everything he could find it seemed. Leto snorted, trying to get the strange brutes musky scent from her nares as it was almost overwhelming. When the coyote didn't leave right away after her brutes clear threats and warnings the femme let her own threats bubble up through her throat in deep growls, lips pulling back as her auds pinned and she bared her enamels. Her body language should've been crystal clear, she was taken and not interested.

Luckily for Titus the coyote didn't press his luck any further when Leto spoke up as well, he quickly made a get away back off into the tree line. Titus snorted, the musky odor of the other male all over the place he licks Letos crown a few times before heading over to where the male had made himself known and starts digging to cover the spots up before then going over them with his own scent by lifting his leg and letting loose something he already had to do anyways. Once finished he kicks some more dirt in the direction the male left in and walks back over to his Leto with that little bit of swagger in his step, his tail gently swishing between his hinds while he walked.

Letos auds stayed pinned as she watched the intruder, even as he left they didn't come back up and she didn't completely relax until her brute kissed her crown. Soft murrs escaped her receiving his kisses, letting her long ribbon glide out across his chin a few times before he started to move away and she squirmed with a whimper, wanting to stay close. Watching her brute the fae plopped her crown atop her lengthy fores, watching as he dug near where the coyote had marked and muffled the scent in the dirt. She didn't like the scent of the male coyotes, she never had. It was so overpowering and burned her nose when it was fresh and they had seemed go love to make themselves known and go out of their way when she came in heat. As her brute marked marked over the strangers scent her nares flared lightly, wanting to take in his scent as he marked his claim. His scent was just as musky but something about it was different, almost alluring as her frame squirmed forward, instinct kicking in and she gave out a long whine, wanting, no needing to mark near or on his even more so with being in heat. Pulling herself carefully up onto her long peds the fae stretched, keeping a lot of her weight off her injured hind. Her tassel swayed as Titus had started to come back to her but she tredded forward, her limp a little lighter as she met him halfway, touching noses and kissing him a few times before moving away towards his markings. Nares flaring it didn't take her to long before she found a place to mark near his and she did exactly that.

He was happy when she met him half way, his tassel whipping at his hinds then and he returns her kisses and rubs along side of her only to have her pass him by. He whimpers worried she was interested in checking out the other male to size them both up but when he smelled her leaving her mark all four of his feet gave out and he landed flat on the ground. To anyone watching it would look like it smarted but he was on cloud nine right now as her scent left him all dazed and foggy inside of his own mind. His eyes adored her every move after she finished and his chin lifted just slightly as his ears flopped to either side in his daze. He was so caught up in how wonderful she smelled that he let out a deeply content sigh while watching her frame move even with her limp, so agile and small that she could make an excellent hunter. His tail whipped hard at his hinds but he was unaware to it or anything else around them as he had tunnel vision and it was focused on the beautiful fae in front of him who was swooshing her hips just so that he went nuts for her and let his head flop over to the side while his heart beat a little faster for her.

Leto rubbed her cheek into a nearby tree after she had finished marking, just spreading her scent as her instincts were on hyperdrive. Shaking her crown as she finished before turning back to her brute, tilting her crown as he was lied flat against the terra and she tredded forward towards him. She could trot lightly now but still had a limp, the wounds healed over enough and kept clean so her fur wasn't pulling at open wounds anymore. Coming up infront of her brute her tassel whipped her hinds, whimpering happily and excited as she pawed playfully at his nose and face, trying to get him to stand as she squirmed on her peds and whimpered needily to her Titus.

He quickly clambered to his feet as her scent and posturing allured him into thinking about one thing. He stepped closer to her but slowly as he didn't want her jumping away just yet as he rubbed his pelt along hers, careful of her hind as he looped behind her. He gently pawed at her lower hind so as not to disturb her healing injuries as he let out his own whimper then a soft bark to indicate that he wanted to mate with her. His heart pounded hard in his ears and his lungs seemed on fire but it all felt good as crazy as it seemed. He waited then for her next move as it would determine his own, whether he would have to entice her further or whether she would allow him to mate with her but he didn't think it would take much with how worked up they both seemed to be.

Letos tassel still whipped her hinds as her brute clambered up onto his peds and she squirmed hyperly, he stepped towards her and she thought about hopping away but his slow movement kept her there for the time being. She trembled as he rubbed his muscular frame up against hers, whimpering wantingly to him. He pawed at her hind and barked and she hopped away before spinning around to face him as warmth rippled up her spine, whimpering in all her excitement and getting into a slight playbow, not really able to get down very much due to her hind. She waited for him to come closer again, squirming impatiently as she wanted him to officially take her as his mate but at the same time wanting him to work for her. She didn't plan on moving away this time though, a long whine passing through the faes throat.

Alright 'ol boy, he thought to himself...time to put on the charm. He lowers his head briefly, licking his paw to run it over his crown attempting to tame the poof of fur that never stayed down. Then he rises up, only to start grooming over her chest then up to her muzzle where he whimpered and whined happily, his tassel wagging behind him before he made his move. It was somewhat instinctive but he had seen this dance before between females and males to know what he was supposed to do next, his fores stiffened and he hopped towards her with his eyes a bit wider then usual from his excitement. When she didn't move he loops around to get behind her again and rises up onto his hinds to attempt to mate with her.

Leto's heart thudded hard against its cage as her brute came and kissed up her chest, whimpering and squirming on her peds slightly but still staying in place. His kisses trailed up to her muzzle and she kissed him back, over the nose and snout tenderly before he stiffened up and hopped and she stiffened too, flinching but not hopping away from him as her tassel whipped her hinds again. She watched then as he looped behind her and the little fae shook in excitement as she squirmed on her fores. Her tassel had stopped swaying, auds swiveling back towards her brute to listen but all she needed to do was feel. Titus mounted her and a pathetic shaky whimper broke through the little faes throat, lifting her tassel up and to the side out of her brutes way while her crown lowered and she trembled softly beneath him.

After mating with Leto several times he finally was exhausted, both smelling strongly of one another he smiles as he pants hard laying now on his side in the fading sun. His maw parts as his tongue curls in a big yawn that caught him unawares, blinking heavily afterward he went back to panting as his tail gently swooshed over the soft grasses underneath him. His stomach grumbled at him and he remembered they still had some crane left over, so after slowly getting to his paws he made his way over to the dead carcass to find nothing had gotten to it so he drags it back over to her as well figuring she could also use something to sustain her as well before he plopped back down and without waiting dug into it but was sure to leave some for his Leto.

Leto panted hard right along with her brute, crown leaned against one of his fores as she laid against him. She trembled there in her tingles, orbs closed as she panted and her heart still raced in her chest. The little fae had started to relax when her Titus started to move away from her, whimpering and having to catch herself slightly as she had been leaning against him. Whining the fae lied her chin down on the cool terra, watching her brute tree over to the Crane he had gotten before he started to drag it back. Shifting her weight to get some pressure off her bad hind she whimpered quietly, it was sore and hurt her slightly. Titus plopped back down beside her again and she leaned back against him while he ate, not very hungry and completely content just being against him as she lied her crown on his nape gently.
